The AGM this year will be on Sunday 29th of May, starting at 2pm, at Bellambi Surf Club in Morgan Place. Light snacks, pizza and refreshments will be provided after the meeting.
For those who are unable to attend in person, Kevin has sent out a Microsoft Teams link to member’s email accounts so that you may join the AGM remotely.
Phase 1 booking period for Winter opens on 1st March and closes on the 14th March.
Phase 2 bookings period will commence on 1st April and close on the 14th.
Please visit the bookings page to access forms and be sure to read the updated booking conditions for this year. There have been significant changes in an attempt to make the system as fair as possible.
Bookings are being taken earlier this year so that you will have confirmation of accommodation prior to season pass payments becoming due.
This year’s AGM will be held on Sunday 2nd May, 2pm at Bellambi Surf Club. Drinks and a snack of pizza’s will be provided following the meeting.
This years AGM has now moved to Woonona Surf Club and will be held on Sunday afternoon at 2pm, 15th November 2020.
The AGM and dinner previously planned for at the Centro CBD has unfortunately been cancelled as we were not able to obtain the numbers required to support the event.
The AGM will now be held in the more traditional format at one of the Wollongong area surf clubs in the coming weeks. Physical distancing precautions and different food arrangements will be in place to stay COVID safe. New com’s will come out shortly, once confirmed. Stay tuned and hope to see you there!
The committee is currently looking at hosting this year’s AGM on the 24th October and following it with a club dinner at Centro Wollongong for those interested. More details and confirmation will be available soon.

I hope that this update finds you well and managing to stay safe and busy during winter.
At our last Meeting held on 6th July the Committee reviewed feedback from members. Thanks for being so supportive of the Committee and its decisions during this time, we are very appreciative. We have also continued to work on our COVID Safe Plan which is in line with Government advice. Thanks to our members who provided suggestions for this plan. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, Government & Health Organization regulations, the Steel Makers Alpine Club lodge at East Jindabyne is closed until further notice.
Christmas is just around the corner and one of the club’s most anticipated events of the year is on again at Jamberoo Recreation Park
Where: Bayview Hut 1 (on the left as you enter through the gate)
When: Sunday, 1st December
Cost: Members & Member’s Children $25. Children 3 and under free. Non members and non member’s children $40
Payment: via EFT with “surname Jamberoo” or cash on the day

Please note the location for this year’s Annual General Meeting has been moved from Bellambi Surf Life Saving Club to Woonona Surf Life Saving Club – (Kurraba Road). Sunday 28th April 2pm.
