Venue: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Bellambi Surf Lifesaving Clubhouse, Morgan Pl, Bellambi.<\/p>\n

Time: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>2.00pm<\/p>\n

Notice of Business:
\n<\/em><\/strong>If members have any formal business to be presented at the AGM or any resolution is to be presented to change the constitution, a written notice of business must be received at the above address by 19 April 2018.<\/p>\n

Voting by Proxy:
\n<\/em><\/strong>Absentee voting in the election of officers and any resolution that may be presented is possible by nominating a member to vote on your behalf. This can only be achieved by written and signed authorisation of proxy vote forwarded to the above address prior to the meeting.<\/p>\n

A proxy voting form is available on request.<\/p>\n
